Närvård Knäred is not a healthcare center like any other.

We are a small, personal, and growing healthcare center in the countryside with about 2,300 registered patients – where continuity, accessibility, and relationships are at the center.

We are in a clear phase of development. With new management, a common direction, and a focus on quality, work environment, and execution power, we are building a healthcare center that will be sustainable, professional, and human – over time.

We are now looking for you who are a specialist in general medicine and who want to work with us on an hourly basis, in a scope that fits your life.

About the assignment

With us, you will work with broad and varied general medicine – children, families with children, adults, and elderly patients with complex needs. You will encounter both planned and acute cases and are given good conditions to work with medical quality, continuity, and responsibility.

We also offer drop-in, which gives our patients the opportunity to receive care the same day. For us, it is not about speed for speed's sake – but about accessibility, the right priorities, and safe care when the need arises.

The work takes place in a close-knit team with close cooperation between professions and a well-functioning collaboration with community nurses. The decision-making paths are short, the dialogue is open, and the climate is characterized by trust.
